Zhezhi is an upcoming 5-star Resonator in Wuthering Waves. The developers haven't announced her exact release date, but she's expected to debut in the second half of version 1.2. Zhezhi is a Glacio character with an amazing kit that allows her to function as the main damage dealer and a sub-DPS unit while providing buffs to a party member. So, many might wonder if she is worth pulling.

This article will briefly cover Zhezhi's leaked beta kit and discuss if you should pull for her in Wuthering Waves 1.2.

Zhezhi's pull value in Wuthering Waves 1.2

Let's briefly look at Zhezhi's kit before discussing whether you should pull her in Wuthering Waves 1.2.

Zhezhi is a 5-star Glacio Resonator that uses a Rectifier. She has an amazing kit that lets her deal a good amount of damage both on and off-field.

When Zhezhi uses her Resonance Skill, it triggers the following effects:

  • Deals Glacio DMG to the opponent.
  • If she has more than 60 Afflatus, she will consume 60 Afflatus and summon Phantasmic Imprints Left and Right.

Up to one of each Phantasmic Imprint Left, Middle, and Right can exist at a time, lasting 15 seconds.

Here are Zhezhi's Forte Circuit skills:

  • Enhanced Heavy Attack: Using Heavy Attack after performing the third Basic Attack, any version of Resonance Skill, while in mid-air, and after a Dodge will trigger the Enhanced Heavy Attack, dealing Glacio DMG. Zhezhi will summon a Phantasmic Imprint Middle.
  • Resonance Skill - Stroke of Genius: It replaces the base skill when a Phantasmic Imprint is nearby and deals Glacio DMG. Gains a stack of Painter's Delight.
  • Resonance Skill - Creation's Zenith: Replaces Stroke of Genius when an Imprint is nearby and has two stacks of Painter Delight. Deals greater Glacio DMG and gains an 18% Basic Attack DMG bonus.

Meanwhile, Zhezhi's Resonance Liberation summons an Inklit Spirit that has the following effects in Wuthering Waves:

  • The Inklit Spirit will perform a coordinated attack every time the active character deals damage to the enemy.
  • Each time damage is dealt, more Inklit Spirits will be summoned, up to 21 max.
  • The effect lasts 30 seconds.

Zhezhi also provides amazing buffs to herself and a party member from her passive and Outro Skills:

  • First passive: Casting Resonance Skill Stroke of Genius or Creation's Zenith will increase her ATK by 6% for 22 seconds, max three stacks.
  • Second passive: Using Outro Skill restores 15 Resonance Energy to the next Resonator.
  • Outro Skill: Resonance Skill DMG of the next Resonator is increased by 20%.

Zhezhi is an amazing Glacio character who can deal a ton of damage to enemies from her Resonance Skill and Liberation. She has amazing multipliers, so you can use her as an on-field damage dealer. Zhezhi can also trigger coordinated attacks after casting her ultimate even when off-field, letting her function as a sub-DPS unit. This gives you more freedom and flexibility.

It is also worth adding that Zhezhi can buff herself from one of her passives. At the same time, she can take on a support role by increasing the incoming character's Resonance Skill DMG and restoring 15 Resonance Energy, proving to be a great support for characters like Jinhsi.

Zhezhi can perform several tasks and take on multiple roles in the team, making her a valuable character in the game.

Should you pull for Zhezhi in Wuthering Waves 1.2?

While Zhezhi might not be a must-pull character, she is definitely worth pulling in Wuthering Waves 1.2. If you're looking for a good damage dealer for content like Tower of Adversity, the renowned painter from Jinzhou can be a great addition to your account. Moreover, Zhezhi can be a good sub-DPS and support unit, providing more flexibility in team comps and rotation.

Zhezhi also doesn't seem to have any disadvantages, and you only need to pay attention to her rotation to get the best out of her.
