Skyward Harp is a 5 star bow, part of the Skyward series of 5 star weapons. It has been in Genshin Impact since its release with version 1.0 and is permanently available on Standard and Weapon wishes, occasionally receiving a rateup on the latter. Skyward Harp is one of the easiest weapons in the game to build around, with its monstrously high base ATK and the fact it gives both Crit Rate as its substat AND Crit DMG as its passive. That alone makes it an extremely attractive option for just about any bow user in Genshin Impact

Appearance
Each weapon has two forms, one when it is initially summoned and another once it has reached a certain level of ascension. Once this occurs, the weapon will undergo a change in its design. Skyward Harp is a jagged bow that gives off the appearance of ancient tech, with its uneven design and glowing, golden frame. It has a green glowing set of feathers coming out of each end of the bow, and it has three green ethereal drawstrings in which arrows are created to fire at enemies.

The grooves running across the front of the bow lay dormant and are closed off from the green circles found near the top.

Dormant grooves bloom in similar translucent green color as ethereal feathers, as well as the bottom of the bow near the drawstrings
Story
The sky-piercing lyre.
The clear tunes of this lyre still echo in the hearts of the people and in the winds.
It is said that the ancient evil dragon from the abyss was enticed here by its tunes.
In ancient times, Barbatos softly strummed his lyre and summoned the pure thousand winds and songs.
Charmed by the free-spirited winds and songs, Dvalin the high dragon descended and swore loyalty to him.
Barbatos rejoiced in making a new friend, and entrusted the people of Mondstadt to Dvalin.
And so, the wandering Anemo Archon and the Wind Dragon forged Mondstadt's dawn with their relationship.
The floating tunes of the lyre halted the shadow dragon's attack in the final battle.
Granting Dvalin the chance to end the shadow dragon's poisonous reign.
Eons after the winds sang and the vicious battle ended, Dvalin awoke from his long slumber.
But gone was his master, and instead he was met by the poisonous whispers of the Abyss Order.
Unseen pain. Unheard torture.
An all-engulfing sorrow crushed the poisoned Dvalin's spirit.
Dvalin turned on what he vowed to protect,

Is the Skyward Harp good?
Skyward Harp is one of the best weapons in the game period in terms of its pure stats. Even if certain weapons may synergize with certain characters better to be their personal BiS items like say, Ganyu with Amos Bow, the incredibly high end stats it gives means that it has a very high baseline of effectiveness, and is very close to those extreme cases.
Who is the best user of Skyward Harp?
Tartaglia absolutely loves this weapon. He loves every single stat on it between the very high base ATK, Crit Rate, and Crit DMG. He can even proc the passive effect constantly in his Melee Stance. The only weapon that compares to it for him is his personal weapon Polar Star or Thundering Pulse
Can you still get Skyward Harp?
Yes! It is always available due to being in the baseline pool of 5 star weapons acquirable through wishes. The only method it is unavailable to be rolled in is the Character Event wish banner due to excluding 5 star weapons in its pool.
Final Thoughts
Skyward Harp is a very generalist weapon, thanks to it having so many of the main stats that just about every damage dealer wants in Crit Rate, Crit DMG, and currently the highest base ATK in the game for Bows. While it may get beat out on a character to character basis by other 5-Stars, it is by far the most generally useful out of any weapon that reaches a high level of performance regardless of the users. For that reason alone it is more than worth maxing out should you be fortunate enough to acquire it.
