A brief introduction to Meilin Fisher’s skills in Solo Leveling Arise

Meilin Fisher is a water-type character in Solo Leveling Arise who deals damage to enemies with mid-range attacks. She belongs to the Healer class and uses a whip and summons her pet cat, Berry, to deal damage, heal, and buff allies.

Her Basic Skill 1, Rear Lash, has such an ability that restores the HP of all team members and inflicts the Airborne effect on enemies. Her Basic Skill 2, Up!, causes Meilin to summon giant cat paws to smack the enemies on the field and buff her allies’ Core Attacks.

Her Ultimate Skill, Big Meow, applies the Pumped Up effect to all teammates, granting a buff to their Critical Hit Rate and Core Attack. Additionally, it reduces the amount of damage allies take for a specific period.

Additionally, Alicia will be able to survive longer with Meilin in the team with the damage reduction effect from the latter’s Ultimate skill. The addition of Meilin will help fight against the bosses that are weak to water-type damage, featured in various game modes, including the upcoming game mode, Workshop of the Brilliant Light.

Meilin is an original Solo Leveling Arise character like Emma Laurent and Alicia Blanche, who also goes by the name, Bella Fisher. She is a reawakened A-Rank Hunter who has arrived in China from her country, America, to find her biological parents.

Her ability allows her to summon a beast that resembles her old pet cat, Berry. She carries a whip that creates aquamarine ripples of mana on the battlefield, which buffs her allies.

How to get Meilin Fisher in Solo Leveling Arise?

Meilin Fisher will be an SSR rarity Hunter in Solo Leveling Arise. As an SSR, she will be available to pull on her dedicated Rate-Up banner, which requires Rate-Up Draw Tickets or 250 Essence Stones (for one summon). Players have a 50% chance to get her within the 80 summons with a hard pity system. If any player fails to get Meilin within the first 80 summons, they will obtain her in the next 80.

On the other hand, the Rate-Up banner’s soft pity system increases the drop rate of Meilin by 5.8% in each summon after the 64th pull. Additionally, the number of pulls done in the current Rate-Up banner, Alicia Blanche’s, doesn’t reset in the upcoming Meilin’s banner. This feature will also ease players in getting Meilin Fisher in Solo Leveling Arise.
