The Secured Marlin Surfboard has arrived with the Solo Leveling Arise July 31 update. The SSR Sung Jinwoo weapon deals Water elemental damage to monsters and increases the character’s damage output. It allows him to deal increased damage to normal monsters and grants him the Super Armor effect. Unlike other weapons for the unit, you don’t have to spend Draw Tickets on the banner to obtain it.

You can get the Secured Marlin Surfboard, a SSR Sung Jinwoo weapon in Solo Leveling Arise, by participating in the Summer Vacation event.

First, you can play the event story, titled Summer Story, and clear the stage, Give Me My Vacation Back. Once you clear it, you will be rewarded with the SSR Sung Jinwoo Exclusive Weapon.

The Summer Vacation event features a Boss, Eternal Flame Caiman, in the Summer Crush story. You can get the SSR Sung Jinwoo Exclusive Weapon as a reward after defeating the Tier 10 Eternal Flame Caiman.

Here are the attacks and skills of the Secured Marlin Surfboard at the base level:

• Basic Attack: The weapon deals damage equal to 109%/116%/126% of Jinwoo’s attack at Stage 1/2/3.
• Core Attack: It deals damage equal to 617% of Jinwoo’s attack.
• Marlin’s Dream (Skill): This skill deals damage equal to 1080% of Jinwoo’s attack. It cools down in 25 seconds and consumes 200 Mana Power.

Below are the effects of the Passive and all Advancement Tiers of the weapon:

• Passive effect: When Jinwoo uses Marlin’s Dream with a Dash, it transforms into the Flying Marlin skill and buffs his damage by 30%. If Marlin’s Dream or Flying Marlin hits, they grant Surfer’s Path effect. Sung Jinwoo gains the Super Armor effect when he uses Marlin’s Dream or Flying Marlin. The Surfer’s Path increases the damage Jinwoo deals to Normal Monsters by 1%. Its effect remains active for infinite times and can stack up to 999 times.
• Advancement Tier 1: When Jinwoo uses Marlin’s Dream with Dash, it resets the cooldown of Marlin’s Dream and Flying Marlin (cools down in 30 seconds).
• Advancement Tier 2: Jinwoo’s Water damage increases by 10%.
• Advancement Tier 3: When Jinwoo uses Flying Marlin it charges his Dash one time. Additionally, the damage of Marlin’s Dream and Flying Marlin increases by 30%.
• Advancement Tier 4: This decreases the cooldown of Marlin’s Dream and Flying Marlin by 20%.
• Advancement Tier 5: If Jinwoo defeats an enemy using Marlin’s Dream and Flying Marlin, he gains the Shaka effect. The effect increases Jinwoo’s attack by 1%. It can remain active for infinite times and can stack up to two times.
