The commission, Someone on the street is seeking help, in Zenless Zone Zero is the New Eridu City commission. It will appear for the first time during the main chapter 1: Cat's Lost & Found. After making significant progress, proxies can roam around the city or go to bed. If you happen to go outside, you will meet a hesitant NPC in the alley between Noodle Shop and Coff Cafe.

During the main chapter 1: Cat's Lost & Found, players will encounter the quest objective "Someone on the street is seeking help." Interact with the NPC who will then put up a commission on the Inter-Knot network. Open your notifications, accept the commission, and interact with the HDD system to start the "Someone on the street is seeking help" quest, aka Survivor Rescue.

This is an exploration commission related to solving puzzles. Players must create a track to help survivors escape the hollows. There are three puzzles, meaning you have to finish three planning routes. Below are simple solutions for all of them.

The first route is pretty straightforward and doesn't require much brain juice. Move forward from the starting point and turn left. Continue laying down conveyor tracks until you reach the checkpoint (Blue Zenless Zone Zero logo). Completing the tracks will take you to the next route in the "Someone on the street is seeking help" quest.
