There are still a bit of chances that South Park: The Stick of Truth could one day get additional downloadable content.
It was explained by Obsidian Entertainment CEO Feargus Urquhart, Polygon, that the development cycle for the game The Stick of Truth may be an obstacle to the possibility. However, the development team has stated that Ubisoft will explore their options.
He added by saying that , "As far as we know Ubisoft and South Park] are done,"

The game was originally set out to be published but the THQ, as South Park was in a dilemma for a short period of time.
And as it got better Ubisoft shifted toward completing and shipping a finished product."We had always talked about it, extending the story through DLC, it was just stuff on paper," said Urquhart. "But it never went beyond talking about it. That was when THQ was involved. When it moved to Ubisoft, there was more pressure to get it done. I think that became the priority, so we got it done."
As for now there are no DLCs planned for the game.
