Stalker 2: How to unlock the safe in the Electric Field

In Stalker 2, players must collect powerful weapons and strong gear in order to survive the wrath of the post-apocalyptic world. While you can find good loot by exploring different regions, you will also find stashes that can reward you with valuables that will come in handy during the gameplay.

However, unlocking the stash/safe found in the Electric Field in Stalker can be a little tricky. This guide will help you locate and open the safe in the Electric Field to get the loot.

Location of the Electric Field safe in Stalker 2

First things first, you must play the main quest of Stalker 2 till you unlock the Garbage region. Once done, head over to this region and from there head southwest. Look around and find a two-story building. It will have an electric field at the outer part.

You can enter through the gate to the south of the building, near the electric field itself. Once you are inside, use the stairs to the second floor. Just near the stairs of the building, you will find the safe. Unfortunately, you can't open it without entering a secret four-digit code.

To unlock the safe, you need to solve a riddle about the electric field present near the safe itself, which reads: “It’s a good hiding place. I’m surprised the electronics are still functional. Hopefully, they still are… anyway, the code is stick, cobra, porthole, infinity.”

Here, stick represents 1, cobra represents 7, porthole means 0, and infinity means 8. So, if you combine all these numbers, the code for the safe comes out to 1708. As you enter the code to unlock the safe, you will find a bag containing the following items:

• Ammo
• Anti-Radiation Drugs
• Bandages
• Canned Food
• Grenades
• Medkits
• Non-Stop Energy Drink
