Stalker 2 is a new first-person shooter survival title that features a lot of different gameplay content, including a main storyline. You can complete missions to reveal the game's lore and progress through it to access new objectives. Answers Come at a Price is one of the main missions of this title and is fairly straightforward. However, there are two variations of the objectives that you can get depending on the exit you took in the previous mission.

The mission changes if you take the Northern Checkpoint or the Pontoon Bridge Checkpoint exit after completing the Behind Seven Seals mission. This is a unique way to weave complexity into a game's story mode and provide mode gameplay content to the player base.

How to complete Answers Come at a Price in Stalker 2

Here is a quick guide that you can follow to complete the Answers Come at a Price mission in Stalker 2:

Northern Checkpoint

• Make your way to the Detention Center, which will be marked on your map. You will, however, face quite a lot of resistance on the way, so it's best to practice caution while taking fights.

• Once inside the building, get to the second floor and interact with the NPC (Non-playable character) present inside to begin the mission. After the conversation ends, get to a Laboratory, which will be marked on your map for easy access.
• Upon reaching the Laboratory, you must defeat a bunch of soldiers. Clear out the rooms and then make your way to the basement of the building.
• Enter the code “2605” on the metal door keypad to enter the room. While investigating the interiors, you must defeat some difficult monsters. You can find a Tape Recorder on the table inside this room. Pick it up to receive the necessary information.

• Get to the top floor and enter the code “2603” on the keypad of the grilled door. Once the door opens, make your way through rusted pipes and containers to a white door. Enter through this door and find the room which has the electric motor and more rusted pipes. This is where you will find the sewer entrance.
• After completing the interaction with the new NPC, you can escape from the sewer area. Upon getting out of the area, the next mission will be triggered.

Pontoon Bridge Checkpoint

• If you take the Pontoon Bridge Checkpoint route, you must get to the Military Base instead of the Detention Center. Once at the checkpoint, you will be informed that the Colonel is not present inside the base and will direct you to get to a different location.

• Get to the Outpost and find the Colonel to begin a new conversation. You can then reach a point where you must choose between joining the assault team or interrogating the captured bandit.
• If you join the assault team, you must get to the Depot and meet up with other soldiers. Once you interact with the Captain of the group, you can begin the assault. Chornozem will be eliminated during this gunfight and you will need to search his body to trigger the next mission.
• If you wish to interrogate the bandit, you must question Vetos (captive bandit) and find a better way into the Depot. He will offer a deal to provide you with the information in exchange for Hosha’s vodka. Accept this deal and follow the instructions to get to the Depot.

• You can then talk to Chornozem inside the Depot and ask him to step out onto the balcony. This is where a sniper will take him out and then you need to clean up the rest of the Depot. Search Chornozem’s body to trigger the next mission.
