Stalker 2 walkthrough: How to complete Busting Myths side mission

Stalker 2's campaign mode puts players into the shoes of Skif, who finds himself in the incredibly radioactive Chornobyl Exclusion Zone. Along this journey, he meets many hostiles, anomalies, NPCs, and more. Of these, some NPCs can give Skif quests to complete, and upon successful completion of these he is often rewarded in the form of some coupons, the currency used in the Zone.

One such NPC is Sidorovich, who is encountered in the mission Busting Myths. To complete this side quest, a prerequisite is you must have completed the Legends of the Zone mission. Below is a guide on completing this mission, which is rather straightforward and rewards you with a lot of coupons upon completion.

Completing the Busting Myths side mission in Stalker 2

As mentioned previously, you must have completed the Legends of the Zone main mission, where you would have found Quiet's Beacon and an entrance point into the X3 facility. Continue with the mission and complete it, and upon completion, Busting Myths will automatically commence.

After you leave the facility, a marker will appear which will have you reach Sidorovich at the Rookie Village settlement found within Cordon. Head up to him, and initiate a conversation. When prompted, offer Quiet's Beacon and select the "I found an entrance to X3" dialogue option to initiate the dialogue sequence.

Sidorovich is rather pleased with you for providing information regarding the X3 facility to him, which also includes the truth regarding the Oasis. He wishes to have things kept under wraps and not have others know about this.

Pleased with Skif, he will send coupons to the former's PDA as a reward. The number of coupons may be different depending on your playthrough, but expect it to be around or above 35,000. Once done, consider helping out Sidorovich by doing some of the other side missions he offers.
