Start the quest
After completing the Dogfight quest, talk with Nightingale, asking him if he needs some help for the mission. He will talk about acquiring electronic collars and ping two areas on the map where you can find them.
The main objective is to search for a mutant obliterated by an anomaly near Bulba and retrieve the electrical collar. However, you can first proceed to the optional objective which pings a group of blind dogs for some more collars you can sell for money.
First location (Optional)
Follow the Nightingale's Hunt location ping to a dilapidated village. You will find a pack of blind dogs attacking a group of bandits. Focus your fire on the bandits first, considering the dogs are also attacking them. Once the bandits are taken care of, focus on the blind dogs. The one glowing with a blueish hue will be carrying the electronic collar. Kill them and loot their corpse to acquire the collar.
Second Location
Head to the anomaly in the water near Bulba. It will reveal itself as a transparent orb pulling everything in its reach. Don't let it catch you, or it will deal a wallop to your health. The orb will compress and expand in phases. To avoid taking damage, wait for it to expand and then move behind any heavy vehicle or cover and crouch. Move again when it compresses.
Repeat this process until you reach the center, where you'll see a few dead blind dogs and an electronic collar. Wait for the orb to compress, grab the collar, and escape as fast as you can.
Help Nightingale
Grabbing any Electronic Collar will trigger a radio signal from Nightingale, saying he was attacked by a Bloodsucker wearing a collar. Reach his location by following the blue marker on top of the HUD. You'll spot an abandoned house deep in the woods. Go inside to find Nightingale dead on the ground. Loot his corpse to grab the electronic collar and PDA.
The Bloodsucker
Be ready with your weapons beforehand, as interacting with Nightingale's corpse will cause the Bloodsucker to attack you. The mutant will be hard to fight, considering how he can become invisible.
As such, it is best to stay put in any closed-off area with only one entrance so you can anticipate the route the creature can jump out of. Use the respite between its attacks to reload or heal. Chip away at its health until it's dead. Loot its corpse to find another collar.
Hamster
Head back to Zalissya to meet with Hamster. You can choose to either lie or tell him the truth about Nightingale. Informing him about retrieving a collar from a Bloodsucker will have him increase the payout.
Sell all the collars to complete the Nightingale's Hunt quest in Stalker 2. Now you can sell any collars you find to Hamster for some cash.
