The Mermaid Boat is blue and situated at the terminus of a lengthy trail diverging from the right side's dock. Notably, accessing this boat does not require any fee. Once you step inside the Mermaid Boat, you will be enchanted by the melodious singing of a mermaid. This event consumes an hour and forty minutes on Stardew Valley's in-game clock.

Following the performance, you should press the clams according to their positions in the lineup in this order (from left to right): 1-5-4-2-3. Completing this task will lead the mermaid to gift you a Pearl, an item that holds both sentimental and monetary value as it can either be sold or given as a Loved Gift to any Villager.

Although only one Pearl can be obtained per saved file, you are free to watch the mermaid's performance as many times as you wish.
