The launch of CS2 has rejuvenated the FPS (First Person Shooter) community. This sequel to the iconic CS:GO aims to bring a bunch of changes like utility changes, new maps, and graphical upgrades. Many pro players and streamers have been playing CS2 on their channels, and one of them is steel.

Joshua "steel" Nissan is a former Counter-Strike professional who played for multiple teams like Ghost Gaming, Team Dignitas, mTw, etc. He fulfilled the role of a Rifler and an IGL (In-game leader) for his team.

In 2015, steel was permanently banned from competing in Valve events due to his involvement in a match-fixing scandal until he returned in 2017. He achieved first place in many events like the ESL Pro Series Germany Summer 2012, ESEA Season 16- Global Invite Division, ESEA Invite Finals Season 7: CSS, etc.
