Telltale and Marvel Entertainment will be partnering up to develop a brand new game series, which is set to launch in 2017. The studio behind critically acclaimed episodic adventure titles like The Walking Dead, and The Wolf Among Us will now be working on a marvel based game.
They, however, have not revealed any details on which Marvel characters they will use. Telltale Games made the following announcement on the developer website today:

We’ll be teaming up on the development of an upcoming Telltale game series project set to premiere in 2017! As always stay tuned here for the latest news and details on this and all of our projects as they become available.”
The studio has a lot of projects on its plate lately, like Game of Thrones, Tales from the Borderlands, new Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us seasons, and a Minecraft story mode. So it’s no surprise that the release date for their latest Marvel project has been set as 2017.
Either way, the news is bound to keep Marvel and Telltale fans excited for a while.
