#2 Character Progression
Character progression is important in every RPG and The Division 2 is leaning more towards other Ubisoft games which features a similar progression tree.
Introducing numerous perks to invest in such as being able to carry more armour kits, or unlocking additional weapon kits and many more to more cool SHD skills such as Seeker Mine, Chem launcher, Hive etc as well as the more traditional ones like the drone and turrets.

#3 Dark Zone Normalization
Dark Zone- The Division's PvP and PvE experience were a little hard to get into the first game for a little less experienced players or the ones who didn't have a whole squad together.
That doesn't happen here. You can freely explore Dark Zone in The Division 2 solo with a less frantic atmosphere this time around.
What's more is that the gear and weapons level will be the same for all players inside the Dark Zone so that even a level 5 player can take on let's say a level 30 player.
However, keep in mind one of the 3 Dark Zone's will always be occupied meaning the normalization won't be in effect there and the most hardcore players can linger around there.
It's a healthy step from the developers, which will provide everyone with an opportunity to experience this important segment of the game.
