#5 Reaction meter for quests
This is something Obsidian didn't have to do but they did because they are passionate about their games and want their players to have the best possible experience.
The primary quests in The Outer Worlds will have a reaction meter, ranging from neutral to positive and negative.

This is an incredible feature, because of which players will be more concerned and aware of the decisions they have been taking or the ones they should take in the future as it will change the course of the story as well as the NPC's they can interact with as the game progresses.
#6 Combat and Weapons
The Outer Worlds was always promised as a good RPG but Obsidian at one point of the development thought that combat is as much as essential in a game as the story and dialogues.
Hence the combat in The Outer Worlds feels really satisfying when compared to Fallout New Vegas or Fallout 4 which is a godsend.
What's more is that the game will offer some really incredible weapons such as an assault rifle with shock damage or a Sniper which makes oozing sound while it throws laser rounds into the enemy's face or a heavy machine gun that splatters everything that stands in its way.
Overall, combat in The Outer worlds feels good and there's plenty to look forward to there.
