IMDB’s latest Mortal Kombat X casting list has set a buzz among gamers. On the official Mortal Kombat X IMDB page, there have been certain revelations about the ever growing list of action fighters. Several rumors are flying about who will be voicing certain castings. Apart from the discernible castings like Phil Lamarr voicing Kotal Kahn, Liu Kang and Kenshi are also casted.

The casting gives away that Tom Choi voices Liu Kang in the game and Craig Sechler voices Kenshi. These are only a few of the announced characters listed on the page. Choi has played Liu Kang in the Mortal Kombat game released in 2011. Liu Kang’s entry in Mortal Kombat X will bring a new twist to the game. If the rumors are indeed correct, addition of Kenshi will be a very exciting surprise for gaming enthusiasts. Kenshi did not have a very main role in the storyline earlier and was included as DLC in the 2011 Mortal Kombat video game.

SPOILER ALERT

Although the addition of Liu Kang is quite scheming, Kenshi in Mortal Kombat X is very probable. Liu Kang is one of the most loved and adored characters of the entire series. Thus, it is highly probable that NetherRealm Studios brought him back on popular demand. Those who have played the 2011 Mortal Kombat game will know that Liu Kang dies by Raiden. His addition could be in a way that his life is restored in Mortal Kombat X somehow, or he may return as a zombie. Liu Kang has already made a comeback as a zombie in Mortal Kombat Deception.
