Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call was released last fall by improving on the original game in almost every way. Square Enix is impressing far much with the small amount of output that they have had for the game although the original had some DLCs to support. The DLC has been branched across to other Square Enix franchises, and the new one being added into the mix with the latest batch in Japan with The World Ends With You.
The World Ends With You is one of the most unique games that Nintendo has created and has been crossed over with Kingdom Hearts a few years ago, to add on, it still made its way to the Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Curtain Call, along with a few other songs. According to Siliconera, the latest update in Japan has added the following as purchasable songs:
- [BMS] Liberi Fatali (Final Fantasy VIII)
- [BMS] The Last Battle (Romancing SaGa 3)
- [BMS] World Revolution (Chrono Trigger)
- [FMS] Wind Scene (Chrono Trigger)
- [BMS] Twister (The World Ends With You)
- [FMS] Calling (The World Ends With You)
The update adds the two songs from The World Ends With You and one of the most famous songs from Final Fantasy VIII. There are also two songs from Chrono Trigger and from Romancing SaGa 3. There has been no announcement for US yet, but they have brought the rest of the lineup here so we might just get to see them soon.
