While the screenshot is nothing out of the ordinary, what stands out is the player having building materials despite being in a Zero Build match.

It seems like the bug is caused by certain hired NPCs, specifically Supply Specialist NPCs like Bravo Leader and Centurion, who can drop materials for players regardless of the mode they are in.
