Time until Cipher banner releases in Honkai Star Rail

Cipher is a new character set to release in the second half of Honkai Star Rail version 3.3. She is a 5-star Quantum character following the Path of Nihility and is a demigod from Amphoreus. Players first met Cipher back in HSR version 3.2 and then again in 3.3, where she charmed many fans with her playful personality and character.

Cipher will release in Honkai Star Rail on June 11, 2025, at 12:00 server time for all players. Thanks to her debuff capabilities as a Nihility unit and unique follow-up attacks, she is a good teammate for powerful DPS characters like Acheron and Fei Xiao. Moreover, Cipher's own personal damage is also nothing to scoff at when she's built right.

Honkai Star Rail Cipher banner release date and time

HSR Cipher banner goes live on June 11, 2025, at 12:00 server time. Unlike Hyacine, who was in the first half of version 3.3 and went live as soon as the update was released, Cipher is in the second half. Hence, you will have to wait until the clock hits 12:00 for your server.

America

In American countries, the Cipher banner will release on June 11, 2025, at 12 PM (UTC -5).

Europe

In European countries, players can start wishing on the Cipher banner on June 11, 2025, at 12 PM (UTC +1).

Asia

Lastly, for the Asian countries, Cipher will become accessible on June 11, 2025, at 12 PM (UTC +8). Out of all countries, players on Asia servers will get access to the Cipher banner first.

Along with Cipher's banner, players will also be able to wish on Aglaea's first rerun banner. Players can also consider pulling for these characters' signature light cones as well.
