The second phase banner in Zenless Zone Zero 1.3 will feature two A-Rank agents alongside Lighter. Based on the recent livestream and follow-up announcements, the following characters will experience a boosted drop rate on their Signal Search:

• Ben (Fire, Defense fighting style)
• Corin (Physical, Attack fighting style)

Both Ben and Corin are strong A-rank agents, and are certainly worth getting while summoning for the featured character. That said, Lighter is an S-Rank agent in ZZZ, so the second phase of the patch will also bring his signature W-Engine called Blazing Laurel. Here are the W-Engine banner's details:
