The Ivorian is a firm favourite among FIFA fans and for good reason. His explosive pace is one of the best in the game but this time around, he has received a downgrade in that aspect. Quite shockingly, Bolly's rating has fallen from a 96 to 95, which pushes him down the Top 10 list from last year.
The fullback is considered to be the fastest player in the Premier League and his explosive burst down the wing is second to none. The Arsenal man, after shining last season, has seen his overall rating improve from 79 to 81, but his pace remains at 95.
