Tribbie in Honkai Star Rail: Expected release version, path, and leaks

Eight new characters from the upcoming region of Amphoreus have been revealed by HoYoverse. Called the Chrysos Heirs, these characters will all be playable one by one with the release of Amphoreus, starting from Honkai Star Rail 3.0. Although there's still some time left before version 3.0 rolls around, leaks for the new planet and the playable characters have already started emerging.

One of these leaks talks about a new character, Tribbie, along with her possible path and element in the game and her expected release version. This article explores more about her possible in-game release, as per the leak.

As per leaker Seele Leaks, when Tribbie is playable in the game, she will likely be a Quantum Harmony character. So far there is only one other Quantum Harmony unit — the Masked Fool Sparkle.

Furthermore, according to Seele Leaks, Tribbie might be released with Honkai Star Rail version 3.1. If standard patch durations are followed, then version 3.1 should be released in the last week of February 2025.

Considering Seele Leaks is a reliable leaker, chances are that this leak could prove to be true. If so, Tribbie will be the second character from the region of Amphoreus to be released (the first being the 5-Star unit Aglaea).

Along with possible information regarding Tribbie's path/element and release version, recent leaks have also hinted at her kit in-game.

According to leaker Uncle C and Shiroha Leaks, Tribbie could be a support character whose gameplay mechanics revolve around her allies' positioning in the team lineup. The leak further states that even at Eidolon 0, Tribbie is a solid unit who already has good RES PEN, along with the ability to reduce enemy DEF and boost teammate damage.

The Amphoreus' Saga of Heroes trailer revealed during the Honkai Star Rail 2.7 livestream describes Tribbie as a "three-faced messenger traversing through myriad doors" who "bears tidings from hundreds of worlds". This implies that she may function as some sort of a messenger in Amphoreus.

Her character might be a reference to the Greek god Hermes, who was a herald with similar characteristics of functioning as a messenger.
