What can the ISO buff mean for players

Riot games had good reasons to buff ISO along with the other changes they had made. ISO had been one of the lesser-picked Agents in the game and was in dire need of a change. However, it seems like they have made something terrifyingly overpowered with the new 8.11 update.

We could start seeing ISO being utilized more in games and the buffs do allow for more aggressive and risky plays with the Agents. While the whole community is at each other's throats, we can be sure that the ISO mains out there are having the time of their lives.
