So, how does the system actually work? Any player (or players), can form a Club in the shooter. Each Club can have up to 50 members. The title allows players to easily find others who want to play the same game modes as they do and squad up for better experiences.
Since up to 50 members with similar interests will be in the same group, finding players from a Club for teamplay has never been easier. This system ensures that players can find others with similar interests.

There are several reasons why you might want to start or join Clubs in The Finals. They are as follows:
- Club Bonus: You can earn additional XP and "Fans" by playing as a team with members from the same Club.

- Team-Up Requests: You can easily find players to join you in your favorite game modes
- Daily Club Contracts: This is possibly the most important aspect of Clubs in The Finals. Each Club can select up to two contracts per day and completing them boosts their Club Rank. This acts as a social tool to show off the superiority of your Club.
But that's not all. As mentioned earlier, Clubs have a hierarchy system, similar to that of a corporation.
Here are the different roles in a Club:
- Owner: First up is the Owner. They lead the Club and set the direction in which they wish to move forward.
- Manager: Next up are Managers, they help coordinate activities and matches with members of the Club.
- Scout: Finally, the Scouts. Their job is to recruit and bring new players to the Club to ensure a diverse and strong talent pool.
