Handian will hand you the Draconic Tears; however, you must immediately hand it over to a person who has been muttering something about revenge near the pawnshop.

Your second step is to approach the Frowning Young Man and hand over the Draconic Tears to him. In return, the angry young man will give you Trailblazers and an Iron Box.

Your final step is to head to the Exalting Sanctum and visit the Spare Time Book shop. When you enter the bookshop, an event will trigger immediately. A sad woman will appear looking for an Iron Box. Hand over the Iron Box you received from the frowning young man. As a thank you gift, the she will give you a bottle of Draconic Tears.

To use the bottle of Draconic Tears, you must approach Howard. He resides north-east of the Handian’s Pawnshop. Speak to the man until you get the option to hand over the Draconic Tears. He will give you the following rewards in return:

· 10 Stellar Jades

· 10 Strale

· 5000 Credits

Stellar Jades are undoubtedly an exclusive currency, but the Strale is what you should aim for in this side-quest. Strale can be used to purchase cool items from the pawnshop and the Fire Trailblazer’s Eidolon.

To get more of this currency, the best approach is to collect as many treasure chests as possible in the Xianzhou loufu region of Honkai Star Rail.
