To make a Dragon your companion, you first need to look for them in the Everafter biome. Accessing these creatures requires you to have the Storybook Vale DLC, so make sure you own it before starting your journey. The game features four different types of Dragons; however, they all like the same meals. The locations of these creatures are:

• Green Baby Dragon: The Fallen Fortress
• Red Baby Dragon: Teapot Falls
• Blue Baby Dragon: The Wild Woods
• Purple Baby Dragon: The Beanstalk Marshes

Players have to be on their toes when interacting with the Dragons, as they can be a bit shy. On seeing you, they will roll up into a ball and require players to move slowly towards them. All four kinds of Dragons eat the same type of food, so there is no need to look for anything special. These creatures love to feast on gems, but their favorites include Pure Ice and Magma. These two gems are found in the Storybook Vale DLC. Here are their locations:

• Magma: To find Magma gems, players need to visit Mythopia and mine at rocky spots such as The Fiery Plains and Elysian Fields.
• Pure Ice: These gems can be located in the Everafter region, in areas such as The Beanstalk Marshes and Teapot Falls.
