How to use the Jubilant Feathers in Genshin Impact

The Jubilant Feathers resemble origami paper birds and you can find them throughout Simulanka. They will also pop up on your minimap as you explore the area, akin to the elemental oculi from the various nations of Teyvat.

Collecting all Jubilant Feathers in Simulanka will grant you 3x Excerpts of Bliss for each subsequent one you collect. These items are the key collectibles to get the rewards from the ongoing flagship event, including the new Kirara skin. Collecting a total of 125 x Excerpts of Bliss will allow you to get the Phantom in Boots costume for the gold-level courier of the Inazuma-based Komaniya Express delivery service.
