How difficult is Super Helldive in Helldivers 2?

The main thing about Super Helldive in Helldivers 2 is the number of enemies it brings to the fore. The fighting will begin the moment you step on a planet, and it doesn't end until all your work is complete. Super Helldive increases the number of enemy patrols, which in turn increases the number of enemies around you.

Super Helldive doesn't just throw the same old threats at you. The Escalation of Freedom update added new enemy types in Helldivers 2. They spawn more frequently when playing on the Super Helldive difficulty.

While your screen will constantly swarm with Terminids or Automatons, Super Helldive balances things well by never overwhelming the players. Apart from the increase in numbers, this mode will spawn Mega Nests and Fortresses.

Everything about the Mega Nests and Fortresses is bigger than the base versions that spawn on lower difficulty levels. You will have to face more enemies and defenses than usual to take these down. While Mega Nests and Fortresses may seem daunting, you can easily take them out using the best stratagems in your kit.

Now, everything from the new enemy types, the increase in enemy numbers, and Mega Nests and Fortresses makes Super Helldive seem extremely difficult. But, the new difficulty mode is wonderfully balanced. Being balanced doesn't mean Super Helldive is easy because it is not. The new difficulty mode is fair, but you will need to be at your best to brave its dangers.

Players will also be rewarded for all the extra trouble they'll face with Super Helldive in Helldivers 2. Completing a run in this mode grants players a 300% EXP boost, up 50% from the Helldive difficulty. It is also worth noting that stealth is essentially useless while playing in Super Helldive.

You might get lucky and be able to evade one enemy patrol but rest assured, another one will be waiting for you right around the corner. So, prepare yourself well and equip your best loadout if you're playing on Super Helldive in Helldivers 2.
