Players can reel a treasure chest in any body of water that allows fishing. Once they cast the fishing rod into the water, there is a 15% chance of finding a chest. This probability can be increased by using several in-game items like Magnet, Treasure Hutner tackle, or by choosing the Pirate profession.

When catching a fish, players will notice a small green-colored bar pop up during the mini-game. By hovering it, they will be able to capture the fish and the treasure. However, losing the fish also means losing the treasure chest.
