In Spawn

As mentioned earlier, the very first Deadlock Curiosity Shop you'll come across is located in Spawn.

From here, you can purchase items to your liking as soon as the game starts. It helps give you a strong start as you head into battle against the opposite team. These Spawn shops are only accessible to their respective teams.

Close to Guardians

You may also go into the lanes to find Curiosity Shops close to your Guardians. These are denoted by the cart symbol on the map. You can figure out their location by noting where the player is on the map. The important thing to note about them is that they are temporary.

As long as your Guardian is alive, these shops will remain open and functional. However, as soon as your Guardian dies, the symbol of the shop disappears from the map and you can no longer access them to purchase items. These shops are also available to their respective teams only.

Secret Shops

Finally, two Deadlock Curiosity Shop locations on the map are different from the rest. While all the other shops can only be used by one team, these two shops can be used by anyone from any team.

The two shops are located inside the tunnels close to where the mid-boss is. That is, these two shops are located close to the very center of the map. One to the left and another to the right depending on what direction you're facing.

From the Deadlock Curiosity Shops found on the map, you can purchase three different types of upgrades. These are as follows:

• Weapon
• Vitality
• Spirit

The most important point to keep note of is that you'll need Souls in Deadlock to purchase these upgrades for yourself. This also implies that if you don't have enough souls, you won't be able to enhance your abilities, thereby losing your Guardian in the long run.

Once your Guardian is lost, that particular shop will close down for you. It's all a snowball effect where you keep losing fights that result in greater losses.
