How to find Flintlock Pistol in the Forest

Before diving into the search, make sure you’re prepared. You’ll need dynamite for blasting open the buried pistol parts and a compass to navigate accurately. Both can be found at the entrance to Cave 2, located in the main cannibal camp, southeast on the map.

Inside the cave, you’ll spot a corpse holding a compass and a map — grab them both. Also, stock up on circuit boards and craft a few explosives if you run out of dynamite during your journey.

1) First part

Exit Cave 2 and pull out your compass. Head directly southeast until you reach a large rock formation. Around the other side, you’ll find a blast zone. Light your dynamite, toss it, and step back. After the explosion, check the hole for the first pistol part, along with some ammo and a watch.

2) Second part

From the first location, head northwest using a compass. You’ll come across a pond with small cannibal huts nearby. One of them has a bar/rod. Blow it open, collect the part, and move on.

3) Third part

The third part is near the Great Tree overlooking the yacht on the southwest coastline. From the tree, climb the hill behind it to find the blast zone. Use dynamite to unearth the next piece of the Flintlock Pistol.

4) Fourth part

Head north to Geese Lake and locate a cliff overlooking the water. From the cliff, walk southwest to find the blast zone hidden among trees. Detonate it and retrieve the fourth pistol part.

5) Fifth Part

The fifth location is a small island off the coast near the shipping containers on the western shoreline. Swim to the island and find the blast zone at its far end. Use dynamite to uncover the pistol piece.

6) Sixth part

Return to the shipping containers and head across the lagoon. The next blast zone is on a hut village near the dead shark. Blow it open to collect the sixth part.

7) Seventh part

Post collecting the sixth part, head to the hut village upon the cliff ledge. The blast zone is nearby, slightly northwest of the huts. After detonating the spot, claim the seventh part.

8) Eighth part

The final piece is located near a pond atop the snowy mountain in the northeast. Use your compass to head northeast from the previous location. The blast zone is on the pond's edge near the grave. Detonate it to retrieve the last part.
