Where to find the Red Potato in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley features some of the most iconic characters from Disney films and shows. You can engage in meaningful conversations with these characters and even form friendships. Disney Dreamlight Valley works around leveling up your friendships with NPCs and unlocking new quests for you. One of these is called Secret Potato Quest, which revolves around collecting ingredients to prepare an Icy-Red Stew... Yuck.

While most of the ingredients are known, the Red Potato is an item that might confuse some players. In this article, we explain where to find it in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to unlock the Red Potato Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Before you can access the Red Potato quest, you must first unlock the golden variant of this vegetable. The Golden Potato can be found at Scrooge McDuck's shop. Enter the store and find a vault sitting behind the counter. Interact with it to reveal the Golden Potato on the ground. Pick it up and store it in your inventory.

With the golden version of the vegetable in your possession, you can now look for the Red Potato. For this, you need to visit Remy's house (note that his house and kitchen are not the same place) and locate a mysterious shine near his fridge. Interact with the sparkle to reveal the hidden Red Potato that you can collect.

How to cook with the Red Potato in Disney Dreamlight Valley

You can use the Red Potato to cook Icy-Red Stew... Yuck, which is required for a quest. However, you will need other ingredients to cook this dish. While other items in this recipe are common, Red Potato is special and locked behind a quest. The other items and their locations are:

• Red Potato: Already acquired.
• Lobster: Head to the Glade of Trust area and fish for this from the water body.
• Slush Ice: Can be bought from Remy's pantry.
• Chili Pepper: Head to Sunlit Plateau and buy it from Goofy's Stall.
• Raspberry: Found in Peaceful Meadow and Plaza.

Once you have acquired all these ingredients, head to the nearest cooking station you can find. When you arrive there, empty all these items in the pot and your Icy-Red Stew... Yuck will be ready in no time.
