Dragon Tear 1

The creature's wings are wounded as a result, and it falls to the ground and dies. When Kratos and Atreus return to the lake, they will notice Dagsetr's body on the northwest corner of the Temple of Tr.
Use the boat to go to the piece of land where it has crashed and climb up through the caverns to reach its face. Kratos can push aside a small patch of rocks behind its skull to obtain the Dragon Tear.
Dragon Tear 5
Reginn can be found in the Konunsgard location, but only when players have unlocked the 'Hail to the King's favor. To do so, you must first complete all of Brok and Sindri's other favors. Once completed, a quest marker will direct you to the region through the King's Hollow portal.
Then, in the same manner as the other two dragons, destroy the three shrines, enabling Kratos to interact with the Anchor near the dragon. This liberates Reginn and grants Kratos the final Dragon Tear.
Where to find the Shattered Gauntlet of Ages?
The Shattered Gauntlet of Ages, arguably one of the most powerful talismans in the game, can be obtained during the quest "Family Business." The second mission in Sindri's questline instructs Kratos to search the Nothri Stronghold for a whetstone. This is only accessible after "Fafnir's Hoard" has been completed.
However, near the end of "Family Business," Kratos and Atreus will find the whetstone alongside a mini-boss on a boat. After slaying the greatsword-wielding adversary, Kratos obtains the Shattered Gauntlet of Ages, which is initially feeble.
