Who is Phrolova in Wuthering Waves

Phrolova is a character of mystery in Wuthering Waves who has appeared several times during the game's narrative. She made her debut in version 1.0 main plot in Chapter 1: Act 3 - Ominous Star and was last seen near the conclusion of Chapter 1: Act 7 - Thaw of Eons in version 1.1. Every time she appears, she leaves the players with more questions than answers.

Phrolova is a Resonator in Wuthering Waves, and the Tacet Mark can be seen on her upper left arm. She is one of the Fractsidus' Overseers.

Not much is known about her at this time of writing because the game and its plot are still in their early phases. However, she is undoubtedly a major character in Wuthering Waves' plot.

Phrolova made her debut during Chapter 1: Act 3 - Ominous Star. After Rover defeats Scar in battle, she walks in and interrupts the conversation between Rover, Scar, and Yangyang. She does not say much, but the atmosphere between her and Scar seems tense. After a brief conversation with her fellow Fractsidus member, they both make a swift exit.

Chapter 1: Act 6

In a cut-scene during Chapter 1: Act 6 - Grand Warstorm, Phrolova makes her second appearance. At this point, all the main characters are busy fighting their enemies to protect Jinzhou.

She can be seen summoning an entire army of Tacet Discords and commanding them to advance on Jinzhou, which looks like one of her many special talents.

In the latest version 1.1 of Wuthering Waves, Phrolova appears briefly at the end of the main quest of Chapter 1: Act 7 - Thaw of Eons. It appears from the exchange between her and her subordinate standing next to her that she had been closely monitoring the events of the main story. Phrolova was gathering intel on the events that had taken place on Mt. Firmament.

She proceeds to hint towards the end about "not letting a certain someone wait too long behind bars." It is evident that she was referring to Scar, and in the next updates, she might help him escape the prison.
