Data miners indicate that a new Heirloom recolor is in the works for Apex Legends Season 19. As per the latest information from trusted data miner HYPERMYST, the upcoming Heirloom recolor has been crafted for the Recon Legend, Crypto. While previously data-mined information suggested that the Legend might get this new recolor update by the mid-season patch, that seems to no longer be the case.

The mid-season update for Apex Legends saw the debut of the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth event, which brought forth the much-anticipated collaboration between two popular games of different genres. Despite a successful event launch, fans have been extremely critical of how poorly designed the cosmetics are for this event.

Crypto's Biwon Blade, the upcoming candidate for the Mythic recolor, has been codenamed "Durumi Blade." It has quite a fresh aesthetic, displaying traditional Japanese art forms mixed in with modern touches.

When will the next Heirloom recolor be released in Apex Legends Season 19?

As per information data mined by HYPERMYST, the upcoming Heirloom recolor will be released during the Lunar New Year event, which will be launched on February 6, 2024. However, the official date for the recolor's release hasn't yet been confirmed by Respawn Entertainment; this information remains speculative.

Judging by the timeline, however, it seems like a possible release window for this artifact. The Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth event will conclude on January 30, 2024, and as February 6, 2024, is a Tuesday, players can expect the Lunar New Year celebration event to go live on the same date.

Furthermore, with the game's fifth anniversary on February 4, 2024, players can expect a range of freebies to be launched in celebration.
