Ubisoft has decided to make XDefiant exclusive to their platform, Ubisoft Connect. This means fans who are interested in playing this game must download Ubisoft Connet for their PC. When the game drops on May 21, 2024, fans can head over to Ubisoft Connect and download the FPS title for free.

The developers at Ubisoft also have not confirmed if the FPS title will make its way to Steam soon. It may look like Ubisoft is using the FPS title to bring in more players to their game store.
