Time until Changli banner release in Wuthering Waves 1.1 update

Wuthering Waves' recent announcements have revealed the upcoming banner schedule and details for version 1.1 "Thaw of Eons" update. According to official statements, Changli's debut banner will arrive on July 22, 2024, at 10 AM (UTC+8). Thus she is scheduled to drop during Phase II (second half) of the version 1.1 update.

Keep in mind that Phase II banner release times will vary for players based on their timezone and the servers they use to play Wuthering Waves. Changli's banners will arrive first on SEA, HMT, and ASIA servers. Next, the banner drops in the EU servers followed by the NA servers.

Wuthering Waves players can use the above countdowns based on their servers and time zones to track the exact time for Changli's debut on 1.1 banners. As long as the countdown states "Time until Changli debuts in...", you still have some time before the Phase II banner drops.

Changli's debut banner will be available for 24 days, meaning players will have a chance to summon her until August 14, 2024. Here is a list of 4-star resonators who will be featured on her debut banner:

• Taoqi (Havoc - Broadblade)
• Baizhi (Glacio - Rectifier)
• Mortefi (Fusion - Pistols)

All three resonators have great synergy with Changli and her kit. Taoqi is a support/hybrid unit that can provide shields and has an Outro Skill that buffs the incoming character's Resonance Skill DMG.

Baizhi is the only 4-star who can provide heals. As a support/healer, she has access to Echoes and Sonata Effects that provide buffs to the next character switching in. Additionally, her Outro Skill provides 15% all-type DMG Deepen.

Lastly, Mortefi is well-known in the community as the best 4-star sub-DPS in Wuthering Waves. After casting his Resonance Liberation, he can deal with coordinated attacks with the on-field characters.
