Wuthering Waves 1.2 release date and countdown

Kuro Games has announced that server maintenance for the upcoming Wuthering Waves 1.2 will begin on August 15, 2024, at 6 am (UTC+8) and end at 1 pm (UTC+8). This means that the downtime will last seven hours.

America (August 14-15, 2024)

• Pacific Daylight Time: 10 pm
• Mountain Daylight Time: 11 pm
• Central Daylight Time: 12 am
• Eastern Daylight Time: 1 am

Europe (August 15, 2024)

Phase I (August 15, 2024)

• Zhezhi (5-star Glacio - Rectifier)
• Sanhua (4-star Glacio - Sword)
• Baizhi (4-star Glacio - Rectifier)
• Chixia (4-star Fusion - Pistols)

Phase II (September 7, 2024)

• Xiangli Yao (5-star Electro - Gauntlet)
• Aalto (4-star Aero - Pistols)
• Danjin (4-star Havoc - Sword)
• Yuanwu (4-star Electro - Gauntlet)

Zhezhi will debut on August 15, 2024, and her banner will be available as soon as the new 1.2 update goes live. She is a 5-star Glacio Resonator that uses a Rectifier. Zhezhi is expected one of the sub-DPS units in the game that can also provide support to a party member by buffing their damage and recovering energy.

Meanwhile, Xiangli Yao will be in the second phase of version 1.2, which will begin on September 7, 2024. He is a 5-star Electro Resonator that uses a Gauntlet and is expected to be a good on-field damage dealer. Furthermore, players will receive a copy of Xiangli Yao for free in the second half of the update by participating in the "By Moon's Grace" limited-time event.
