Some players across different servers and platforms have reportedly received an in-game mail on August 5, 2024, inviting them to sign up for Wuthering Waves version 1.3's Closed Beta Test. A survey was attached to this mail, and these players were requested to fill it out to confirm their interest in the Closed Beta Test recruitment for version 1.3.

This is the first time that the developers have expanded the Closed Beta Test recruitment to global players. Earlier, the Closed Beta Testing was limited to the Chinese region only.
