Wuthering Waves 1.3 drip marketing reveals The Shorekeeper and Youhu

The Wuthering Waves 1.3 drip marketing was officially revealed by Kuro Games today. Players can look forward to two more upcoming characters in Version 1.3. The Shorekeeper and Youhu will join the Resonator roster to boost the overall count to 23, including Xiangli Yao and Zhezhi's arrival in Version 1.2.

Wuthering Waves 1.3 characters The Shorekeeper and Youhu revealed in drip marketing

The Shorekeeper and Youhu are the two characters that will be released in the Wuthering Waves 1.3 update. The Shorekeeper will be a 5-star Resonator and is part of the Black Shores. There is no information on her Attribute and weapon type. She is described to be a "divine being governing the essence of aloofness". As she is mentioned to be a divine being, she may be an incredibly powerful character in the lore, and potentially, in the game.

The Shorekeeper will be the third Black Shores character in the game after Aalto and Encore. It is one of the most talked about areas in the game, and all signs point towards this region being the next stop in the Rover's journey. Additionally, she was briefly seen in the official release trailer in the form of a blue butterfly.

Youhu will be a 4-star Resonator from Huanglong. Similar to The Shorekeeper, there is no information about her Attribute and weapon type. Youhu is a "natural expert in identifying antiques" and is a "capable speaker with distinctive tastes".
