Wuthering Waves 1.4 characters: Official and leaked banners

Kuro Games has finally revealed two new playable characters for the Wuthering Waves 1.4 update: Camellya and Lumi. The former is a 5-star unit from the Black Shores and the latter is a 4-star from Huanglong. Since Camellya is the only new 5-star unit in this update, the other event banner will likely be a rerun banner. Luckily, a recent leak from a reliable source hints at the return of a popular 5-star character.

Wuthering Waves 1.4 official characters and banners leaks

Kuro Games has confirmed via drip marketing on X that Camellya will be released in the Wuthering Waves 1.4 update. She is a 5-star unit from the Black Shores. Unfortunately, the duration of each Wuthering Waves version has been different, making it difficult to predict Camellya's exact release date.

However, assuming version 1.3 also lasts around 44 to 48 days, version 1.4 will likely go live in the second or third week of November. This should also be Camellya's release week if she is in the first phase of the update. As per leaks via @witheringwww on X, she is expected to be a Havoc character.

Kuro Games revealed another new character named Lumi on September 13, 2024. She is a 4-star unit from Huanglong but has yet to make an in-game appearance so not much is known about her except that she works as a navigator for Lollo Logistics, thanks to her official drip marketing on X.

According to a reliable source, Stepleake, Lumi is expected to be an Electro character with an animal companion. Unfortunately, her weapon type is still unknown but Rovers can expect more details once the version 1.4 beta begins.

As mentioned, Camellya is the only new 5-star character in version 1.4, it is safe to say that the other event banner will be a 5-star character rerun. A leaker on X called @witheringwww claims that Yinlin might get her first rerun banner in this update, so Rovers who missed her previously can go for her when she returns.

@witheringwww has a good track record and they accurately predicted Camellya and Lumi's release in Wuthering Waves 1.4, so Yinlin's rerun info is also likely credible.
