Leaks disclose new area and environment for Wuthering Waves 1.4

According to the leak shared by Wuthering_Wives on X, a brand new region might be added in Wuthering Waves 1.4. This region (as of yet unnamed) will be part of an event called "Preheat." No further details are available regarding this event, except for this leak hinting at the availability of a new region.

Since this leak's disclosure, speculations that this new area might be a teaser for Rinascita have been rife among the community. Rinascita is a brand new region that has been rumored to be released as a new map in Wuthering Waves 2.0. According to leaks, the patch after 1.4 will be 2.0.

Incidentally, Rinascita has already been name-dropped in Wuthering Waves three times. The first two instances were by NPCs during quests and events. Although not much information was revealed, the name Rinascita was brought up. "Wherever you venture, be it Huanglong or Rinascita, I will always be here, waiting."
