According to information shared by Zani Oppai on Telegram, the Spectro attribute Resonator Phoebe may be debuting in the first half of the Wuthering Waves 2.1 update. She has already appeared in the narrative, and is the Acolyte of the Order of the Deep. While Kuro Games have yet to officially reveal it, it is expected that she may use a Rectifier as her weapon when she becomes playable.

The leaks suggest that Lumi, Chixia, and Aalto may be the 4-stars accompanying Phoebe on her banner.

Here is the complete banner schedule for v2.1, as per leaks:

First half

• Phoebe (5-star Spectro Rectifier)
• Lumi (4-star Electro Broadblade)
• Chixia (4-star Fusion Pistol)
• Aalto (4-star Aero Pistol)

Second half

• Brant (5-star Fusion Sword)
• Changli (5-star Fusion Sword)
• Youhu (4-star Glacio Gauntlet)
• Taoqi (4-star Havoc Broadblade)
• Mortefi (4-star Fusion Pistol)

As for the second-half banners, the leaker has revealed that Brant, the Captain of the Trope of Fools, will become available on the convene banner. It is expected that he may be a 5-star Fusion attribute Resonator who uses a Sword.

Furthermore, another 5-star Fusion Sword user, Changli, will also return to the game during Phase 2, as per the leak. This will be the first time she returns to the game since her initial debut in version 1.1.

The banners for both 5-stars are likely to offer Youhu, Taoqi, and Mortefi as 4-star options.
