Wuthering Waves 1.3 has finally released the Black Shores where you can find up to 15 Resonance Beacons. However, the mysterious region has two different maps called the Black Shores Archipelago and Tethys' Deep with six and nine Beacons respectively. On top of it, some of these beacons are locked behind quests and can be tricky to unlock.
