Based on the latest leaks via Stepleaker, shared by @WuWa_Universe on X, Camellya is expected to be released as a playable character in Wuthering Waves 1.4. Unfortunately, the leaker did not mention whether the Black Shores member will be in the first or second phase of the update.

Moreover, the duration of each Wuthering Waves version has been different so far, making it difficult to predict the exact date of Camellya's potential release.
