Wuthering Waves Changli release countdown and banner 4-stars

Changli is a new 5-star playable Resonator set to be released in the second phase of the Wuthering Waves 1.1 update. She is one of the most popular characters in the game, and many players look forward to pulling for her. Luckily, the developers have announced her release date along with the other 4-star Resonators who will be featured on the Character Convene Event.

Wuthering Waves 1.1 Changli banner release date and time

Kuro Games has confirmed that Changli's banner will be released on July 22, 2024, at 10 am (UTC+8) and will be available only until August 14, 2024, 11:59 am (UTC+8) in the Asian server.

Europe server

Changli's banner will be available in the EU server on July 22, 2024, at 11 am (CEST).

Changili's banner will be available on the American server on July 22, 2024, at 8 am (PT). Below is the countdown to her release:

Here's a list of all the 4-star Resonators that will be featured on Changli's Convene Event during the second half of version 1.1:

• Baizhi (Glacio - Rectifier)
• Mortefi (Fusion - Pistol)
• Taoqi (Havoc - Broadblade)

Taoqi is a decent unit but players are generally advised not to invest in her since there are several other better alternatives. Meanwhile, Baizhi and Mortefi are some of the best 4-star units in the game, so it is a good opportunity for players to pull for them.

• Blazing Brilliance (5-star Sword)
• Comet Flare (4-star Rectifier)
• Overture (4-star Sword)

Blazing Brilliance is Changli's signature weapon and will be featured on the Weapon Convene for a limited time. Rovers are guaranteed to get this 5-star Sword at least once every 80 pulls.
