Wuthering Waves Frostbug locations

Frostbugs in Wuthering Waves are part of a new type of puzzle challenge that can be found all over Mt. Firmanent. These creatures are generally seen sticking their heads out of the ground while being surrounded by three Ice Piles. To complete the Frostbug challenge, you must switch to Pistol users and use their ranged attacks to hit the insect's weak spot at the back.

You can find several Frostbugs in Mt. Firmament, and completing each challenge will give you 20 Astrites. It is advised not to get too close to the bugs since they hide themselves when one approaches them.

Frostbug #1

Location of the first Frostbug (Image via Kuro Games)

Teleport to the Resonance Beacon southeast of Luminous Shore and look to your left. You will find the first Frostbug in the hot springs. Take out your pistols and shoot at its back. This will give you 20 Astrite rewards in Wuthering Waves and unlock a trophy called Wimpy Bug's Nightmare.

Teleport to the Resonance Beacon east of Loong's Rest and use the Leap Devices to go up the waterfall. You will find a Frostbug hidden behind a dead tree. Defeat it and get the 20 Astrites.

Use the Resonance Beacon northeast of the Sentinel Jue's domain entrance and head southeast to find a Frostbug near the shore.

Teleport to the Resonance Beacon southwest of the Sentinel Jue's domain and go south to find the Frostbug. It is located in a pretty open area, so it is difficult to miss.

From your previous location, head northwest to find another Frostbug in the small stream. Once again, shoot at its weak spot and get the 20 Astrite rewards.

Use the Resonance Beacon west of Loong's Ridge and head southwest to find a Frostbug on one of the small islands. Switch to a Pistol user and shoot the inset at its back to get the rewards.

Teleport to the Resonance Beacon west of Loong's Rest and head northwest to find the seventh Frostbug in Wuthering Waves on the beachside. Don't get too close and shoot it to get the 20 Astrite rewards.

Teleport to the Resonance Nexus in Hongzhen and head south to find a Frostbug near the hot spring.
