Dance Dance Chelonian is one of the new side quests introduced in the Wuthering Waves 1.1 update. This quest can be initiated while exploring Mt. Firmament and tasks you with helping a Hoartoise save its friend. It is a relatively short quest and shouldn't take more than 15 minutes of your time. Completing it rewards you with a free 3-star Broadblade as well.

This article provides a simple guide to the Dance Dance Chelonian quest in Wuthering Waves.

You can start the Dance Dance Chelonian side quest in Wuthering Waves by teleporting to the Hongzhen resonance nexus and jumping down to a small piece of land on the lake.

Assist the Hoartoise and defeat the enemies

Defeat the two Fusion Dreadmanes that are attacking the Hoartoise. Once you have achieved this, the Hoartoise does a quick dance before rapidly moving on to the next location.

Catch up with the Hoartoise and defeat the enemies, again

Follow the quest marker to find the Hoartoise fighting enemies once again. This time, you have to defeat two Fusion Dreadmanes and a Havoc Dreadmane. Similar to last time, the Hoartoise moves on to the next location after the enemies are defeated

Once you reach the location indicated by the marker, you understand what the Hoartoise wants you to do. You have to save another Hoartoise that is being attacked by two Fusion Dreadmanes, a Havoc Dreadmane and a Glacio Dreadmane. Defeat them all to reunite the two Hoartoises.

Inspect the note on the ground and play the "Miraculous Music Instrument"

After the Hoartoises leave the area, you can inspect a note that reveals details about a certain "Turtle Dance Troupe". You are tasked with returning to the area where you started the quest after reading the note. Go back and play the "Miraculous Music Instrument" which was previously locked as both Hoartoises weren't there.

A quick mini-game is initiated. Simply press the required button when the red bar aligns with the white bar to complete the challenge. Afterward, the Hoartoises perform a dance, and you can take the instrument, which is the Beguiling Melody weapon.
