Teleport to the Resonance Beacon southeast of TD Observatory and make your way slightly northwest. Begin climbing up the nearby rocks, and once you reach the top, pause near the cliff's edge. This spot is also exactly where Camellya's Companion Story Quest ended.

When you arrive at the location, use the in-game clock from the pause menu to forward the time to 5 am. After adjusting the time, you'll find Camellya sitting peacefully at the cliff's edge, gazing at the view ahead. Approach her to trigger a special interaction event where she and the Rover share a conversation while watching the sunrise together.
