Hymn of the Sea of Clouds: Rainbow in Wuthering Waves is an Exploration Quest featuring an NPC named Lenore. During the quest, you visit different locations suggested by her and collect Nimbus Chorale before offering them to Aria Mummer to play the record. It is a pretty simple and short quest. Completing the exploration quest will give you 30 Astrites.

Teleport to the Resonance Nexus in the Atrium of Reflections and head southwest to find an NPC with a green quest marker near a couple of Nimbus Wraith Echoes and Aria Mummer. Approach the NPC to start the quest and talk to her.

Use the Wingray to reach the broken bridge

Once you're done talking Lenore, use the Wingray's ability to get to the Broken Bridge.

Approach the phantoms, defeat the enemies and listen to the phantoms

After you reach the bridge, get close to the phantoms to find some mobs near them. Quickly defeat them and listen to the phantoms' conversation.

Pursue the musicfly

A Musicfly will spawn once the phantoms stop talking. Follow it and collect the Nimbus Chorale.

Get back to Lenore

Follow the quest navigation to get back to Lenore and talk to her.

Defeat the Vitreum Dancers and listen to the phantoms

Once you get to the bank, you will find a Musicfly. It will start moving as you approach it and you must follow it to see more phantoms.

Defeat the mobs again and listen to the phantoms before picking up the third music record. This will trigger another cutscene, and you will be sent back to Aria Mummer. Give it the record and play the music.

Head to the location of the anomaly

Follow the quest navigation and head to the location of the anomaly. Once you get there, a cutscene will begin and conclude the Hymn of the Sea of Clouds: Rainbow quest in Wuthering Waves.
